Cabinetry Installer
About the Role
As an Installer for The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage North San Antonio, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of closet, garage, and office organization products and cabinetry in San Antonio and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, physical strength, and stamina to perform the duties of this job. We specialize in custom closets, home office storage, garage cabinets, and durable garage floor coatings, delivering efficient home storage solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
We are committed to giving back to the community through various philanthropic initiatives, including food and clothing drives, supporting veterans and their families, and participating in 5K walks and runs to raise awareness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home installation of company products and collect payment.
- Perform in-home installation repairs as needed.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Solicit referrals and/or canvass territory to obtain at least three leads per month.
- Complete and submit installation paperwork on a daily basis.
- Maintain warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Maintain assigned van, including washing, restocking supplies, etc.
- Comply with and follow all safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least three years of installation experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift over 50 pounds.
- General construction knowledge.
Qualifications
- Carpentry: 3 years (required).
- Construction: 1 year (preferred).
Pay
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Starting salary is reviewed after a 90-day probationary period based on skill level, attitude, and overall performance.
