Cabinetry Installer
About the Role
As an Installer for The Tailored Closet and PremierGarage North San Antonio, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of closet, garage, and office organization products and cabinetry in San Antonio and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, physical strength, and stamina to perform the duties of this job.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home installation of company products and collect payment
- Conduct in-home installation repairs, as needed
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Solicit referrals and/or canvass territory to obtain at least three leads per month
- Complete and submit installation paperwork on a daily basis
- Maintain warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Maintain assigned van, including washing, restocking supplies, etc.
- Comply with and follow all safety regulations
Requirements
- At least three years of installation experience, preferably in a related industry
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to lift over 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Carpentry: 3 years (required)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- General construction knowledge
Pay
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Starting salary is reviewed after a 90-day probationary period based on skill level, attitude, and overall performance.
