Job Responsibilities

• Review sales designs to ensure compliance with company offerings and requirements.
• Define and efficiently resolve design questions.
• Program designs into Cabinet Vision for production.
• Complete the programming package and submit it within company standards and efficiency.
• Provide support to the Pricing, Production, and Installation Departments as needed.
• Comply with all company policies and standards of behavior and performance.

Essential Job Functions

• Quality – Ensure all items required by the sales package design are included in the cutlist, including all components purchased by the customer and special orders.
• Productivity – Achieve a minimum of $50,000 in jobs per day after three months of training, and continuously seek methods for improving daily output thereafter.
• Continuous Improvement – Strive to reduce job completion times, maintain high quality, and exceed customer expectations across all departments (Manufacturing, Installation, and End-User).
• Attendance – Arrive on time and minimize time away from work station, taking prescribed breaks and lunch periods as defined by departmental schedules.

Minimum Preferred Requirements

• Experience with CABINET VISION program or similar CAD experience.
• Drafting or design experience preferred.
• Mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Intermediate or above average experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with computer usage and technology.
