- Strong pay and a clear direct track to a lead role
- Annual performance review with potential base pay increase
- Professional cabinet refacing experience
- Confident measuring and ordering
- In 24 hours, phone interview if qualified
- In 48 hours, in-person interview
- In 5-7 days, offer letter and lunch with the owner

- Reface, Install, and Modify cabinets
- Install finishing trim
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
- Paid training at National Training Center
