Qualifications

• Experienced in cabinet refacing
• Strong pay and direct track to lead role
• Annual performance review with potential base pay increase
• Professional cabinet refacing experience
• Confident measuring and ordering
• In 24 hours, phone interview if qualified
• In 48 hours, in-person interview
• In 5-7 days, offer letter and lunch with the owner

Skills

• Reface, Install, and Modify cabinets
• Install finishing trim
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
• Paid training at National Training Center
