Cabinet Shop Worker - Edge bander

Fast growing custom closet and home organization company is seeking an experienced woodworking professional to join the manufacturing team as a Shop Employee. The role involves building custom products and operating a variety of woodworking equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking and manufacturing equipment.
• Cut, assemble, and prepare materials for production.
• Read measurements, drawings, and work orders.
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with various manufacturing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience (required).
• Experience with an edge bander and sliding table saw (preferred).
• CNC operation experience (a plus).
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
