The Closet Factory Designs is a company that sells, manufactures, and installs custom storage shelving systems. The factory work involves operating equipment, handling parts, and ensuring each job is accurate and of high quality before delivery to the customer’s home.

Responsibilities

• Running equipment
• Handling parts
• Preparing jobs for accuracy and quality
• Using basic hand tools
• Using some woodworking experience (a plus)
• Learning to use power tools
• Interacting with computer controlled equipment and PC software
• Building on existing knowledge and skills to expand job scope

Requirements

• Experience with basic hand tools
• Some woodworking experience (a plus)
• Ability to learn how to use power tools
• Punctual attendance
• Ability to interact with computer controlled equipment and PC software
• Productive work habits
• Ability to learn and expand capability in a timely manner
