Responsibilities
- Perform cabinet refacing including veneering cabinet boxes and installing new doors and drawer fronts
- Install base and wall cabinets, crown molding, toe kicks, trim, hardware, and cabinet accessories
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected worksite
- Communicate with our project manager for daily updates or change orders
- Work efficiently while upholding high standards of quality and professionalism
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cabinet installation and/or cabinet refacing
- Skilled in trim carpentry and related finish work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow plans or diagrams
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
- Reliable transportation and own set of tools
- Cabinet painting experience
- Wood refinishing experience
- Tile backsplash installation experience
- Drywall installation experience
- LVP and other flooring installation experience
Pay
Project-Based Compensation: $300–$450/day depending on experience and scope
