Cabinet Installer Helper/Apprentice

About the role

Closet Factory of Seattle is seeking a motivated and reliable Installer Helper/Apprentice to join their team. This position offers training in the craft of installing custom closet and storage systems, with the potential to advance to a full installer role.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled installers with on-site installations of custom closet and storage systems.
• Learn proper installation techniques, tool usage, and client interaction.
• Load, unload, and safely carry materials (up to 50 pounds) to the job site.
• Prepare the work area and maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and the company vehicle.
• Adhere to all safety standards and use required protective gear.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for hands-on work.
• Reliable, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to safely handle and transport materials up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Bothell, WA 98011.
• Pass a background check and possess a valid Driver's License (preferred).
