Responsibilities

- Assist experienced installers with custom closet and cabinet installations - Learn how to read drawings and installation plans - Use hand and power tools safely - Load and unload materials - Maintain clean and organized jobsites - Learn installation techniques, finish carpentry, and customer service skills - Support the installation team in delivering high-quality work

Requirements

- Positive attitude - Dependable attendance - Strong work ethic - Willingness to learn - Ability to follow instructions - Ability to lift and carry materials as required - Valid driver’s license preferred

Qualifications

Experience in construction, woodworking, remodeling, manufacturing, automotive repair, landscaping, or other hands-on trades is helpful but not required.
