Responsibilities

• Arrive to jobsites on time in branded attire.
• Follow project manager's instructions.
• Adhere to Trustpoints on every job.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Communicate daily with project manager about progress.
• Work efficiently and quickly.

Requirements

• 1-5 years experience in the cabinet industry.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Able to drill for hinges, install doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays.
• Able to operate power hand tools including table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and nail gun.
• Ability to work in various locations within Charlotte and surrounding areas.
• Professional and friendly interaction with customers.
• Personal pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Prior experience in cabinet installation and cutting moldings.
• Able to install crown molding.

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
