Responsibilities
- Install custom cabinetry and intricate millwork in luxury homes with precision and care
- Read and interpret sketches, blueprints, and plans to ensure perfect placement
- Make on-site adjustments to ensure flawless fit and finish
- Maintain high safety standards and keep a clean, organized workspace
- Represent Trueline with professionalism and respect on every job site
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years preferred in high-end cabinetry/millwork installation
- Skill: Ability to lift 80+ lbs, meet tight deadlines, and maintain top-tier quality control
- Professionalism: Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Credentials: Valid driver’s license
- Commitment: Willingness to work overtime when needed
