About the role

Cabinet Assemblers/Warehouse Associates are the heart and soul of ProCraft's operation. They are responsible for assembling quality cabinets for customers, and providing support for all warehouse operations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build quality cabinets, and inspect all parts of the cabinet before assembly.
  • All cabinets are to be clean and free of any defects/flaws. Notify line manager if flaws exist.
  • Inspect each completed item to ensure accuracy and proper finishing.
  • Assist in fulfilling customer orders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  • Able to lift +50 lbs. regularly throughout the day.
  • Able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cabinet fabrication, terminology, or similar industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and professional communication skills.
  • Willingly to learn new skills through training provided by ProCraft Cabinetry.

Skills

  • Use of various pneumatic tools.
  • Consistent meeting/exceeding production quotas.
  • Independent work and teamwork abilities.
