Cabin Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise personnel to ensure optimal performance in cabin cleaning.
• Provide leadership through clear objectives, delegation, and communication; conduct staff meetings as required.
• Manage day-to-day cabin services operations, including scheduling, staffing, budgeted hours, payroll, and overtime.
• Ensure personnel are well-trained and informed of policy, procedure, and program changes.
• Formulate and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and promptly resolve employee questions or problems.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination between client and company standards.
• Act as company representative to ensure service quality meets or exceeds client and company expectations.
• Keep management informed of significant issues or problems.
• Complete related reports accurately and on time.
• Attend periodic meetings as required.
• Ensure accuracy of staff hours worked and scheduled; provide information to the time and attendance department.
• Align hours, schedules, and work with client and company requirements.
• Comply with labor and wage laws.
• Ensure all federal, state, and local posters are displayed for employee awareness.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct toward coworkers, clients, and others in the airport and work location.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• At least 3 years of related work experience in airport operations.

• Bilingual: ability to speak and understand Spanish and English.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented processes and procedures.
• Strong planning, organization, and implementation skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong self-organization, self-management, self-initiation, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to obtain a SIDA Badge from the airport.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
