Responsibilities
- Effectively supervise personnel to ensure optimal performance in cabin cleaning.
- Provide leadership through clear objectives, delegation, and communication; conduct staff meetings as required.
- Manage day-to-day cabin services operations, including scheduling, staffing, budgeted hours, payroll, and overtime.
- Ensure personnel are well-trained and informed of policy, procedure, and program changes.
- Formulate and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and promptly resolve employee questions or problems.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination between client and company standards.
- Act as company representative to ensure service quality meets or exceeds client and company expectations.
- Keep management informed of significant issues or problems.
- Complete related reports accurately and on time.
- Attend periodic meetings as required.
- Ensure accuracy of staff hours worked and scheduled; provide information to the time and attendance department.
- Align hours, schedules, and work with client and company requirements.
- Comply with labor and wage laws.
- Ensure all federal, state, and local posters are displayed for employee awareness.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct toward coworkers, clients, and others in the airport and work location.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- At least 3 years of related work experience in airport operations.
Skills
- Bilingual: ability to speak and understand Spanish and English.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow documented processes and procedures.
- Strong planning, organization, and implementation skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong self-organization, self-management, self-initiation, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to obtain a SIDA Badge from the airport.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
