About the role

As a member of a TEAM San Diego chapter, you will engage in structured networking activities designed to generate referrals, build professional relationships, and grow your business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a weekly one-minute commercial about your business, including:
  • Who you are
  • Best type of referral
  • What you do
  • A call to action
• Present a ten-minute business presentation several times a year to educate other members on how to refer business to you.
• Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions to build professional and personal relationships with other members and identify mutual referral opportunities.
• Attend weekly chapter meetings (see schedule below).
• Support your chapter’s designated nonprofit through TEAM’s Community Outreach program.
