CA General Manager

About the role

This role is vital in the restaurant because you'll lead the experience, plan for success, be results oriented, be in the know, take action, inspire and empower, and understand that teamwork is key.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including but not limited to: food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
• Proactively lead and manage all people processes including but not limited to: Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding Staffing and Staffing Goals to run the restaurant effectively
• Train, Coach and Motivate
• Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance to meet and exceed standards of excellence
• Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering and costs
• Ensure Food Safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
• Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety and satisfaction
• Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant
• Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and most importantly, have fun
