Job Overview

Maintain knowledge of the different rentals offered by SunBuggy to be able to competently answer questions and set proper guest expectations. Coordinate with the “Teams Manager” to check in customers with existing reservations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a neat appearance of work area
• Participate in keeping store area clean
• Follow Beach Bus schedule
• Greet and orient guests on check-in

Qualifications

• California Passenger Endorsement Drivers License
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors.
• High School Diploma and basic math competency
• Ability to Look up directions and navigate
• Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, online, and in-person
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch, bend, and reach.
