C4ISR Analyst with Security Clearance

About the role

Radiance Technologies is an employee-owned company with benefits that are unmatched by most companies in the Dayton OH area. We are seeking a seasoned analyst to join our C4ISR team providing mission-critical analytic support to the warfighter and to national and joint-service customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-source analysis on foreign space and counterspace organizations, processes, facilities, equipment, and technologies
  • Blend all-source analysis with technical understanding of telecommunications architecture like physical and logical communication pathways, devices, protocols, datalinks, and applications
  • Discover, compile, analyze, and produce information on adversary C4ISR characteristics, capabilities, performance, and vulnerabilities
  • Offer analytic tradecraft mentorship as needed

Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated and work well in both team and individual settings
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Knowledge of processes, databases, and tools of analytical tradecraft
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong technical writing skills (In accordance with ICD 203/206 standards)

Qualifications

  • Experience in all-source intelligence analysis on foreign space systems
  • Experience developing improved intelligence analytic methodologies
  • Experience briefing decision makers on findings
  • Experience writing analytic reports
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Eight (8) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree
