C2BMC Test Analyst/Engineer
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions (like "Applying To Torch Technologies ..."). We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Intro about company: "Torch Technologies Thank you for your interest in employment with Torch Technologies. We are a 100% employee-owned, Certified Great Place To Work and named Best Places to Work in Huntsville/Madison County, headquartered in Huntsville, AL. Our team provides superior research, development, and engineering services to the Federal Government and Department of War. As one of the nation’s top 100 defense companies, the services we provide directly support the men and women who serve our country. Our corporate mission sums up the pride our employee-owners take in the work we do: “Lighting the Pathway of Freedom”. And, as a Certified Evergreen ESOP, we have made the commitment to grow and sustain our company for the next 100 years! Come grow with us!" That's about the company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for job description. The posting includes a paragraph describing the role: "Torch Technologies is seeking a C2BMC Test Analyst/Engineer to join our team and provide in-depth system performance and interoperability analysis supporting Missile Defense System (MDS) flight testing, ground testing, and simulation-based test events. This position supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Test Analysis and Reporting activity across all phases of system-level test execution, including pre-mission predictive analysis, on-site quick-look assessments, and post-mission detailed analysis." Then "As an C2BMC Test Analyst/Engineer, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:" then list of duties. Thus we can have sections: About the role (maybe combine company overview and role description?), Responsibilities (list of duties), Qualifications (list of qualifications), Skills (maybe separate from qualifications? The posting includes qualifications and also skills like Tableau, SQL, Python, communication, etc. Could treat as Skills section. But we need to avoid thin sections. We could combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Qualifications" section if they are both present. However the instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to include only those with substantive content. We have: - About the role: we have company overview and role description. Could be "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: list of qualifications (U.S. Citizenship, Bachelor's degree, 2+ years experience, ability to obtain Secret clearance, experience supporting data analysis, etc.) - Skills: maybe we can extract specific skill mentions: Experience with MDA’s C2BMC systems and analysis, Knowledge of or experience with Tableau workbook development, Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization, Strong curiosity, self-initiative, leadership potential, and customer interface skills, Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing, Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Interest in systems analysis, test and evaluation, and data-driven performance assessment. Those could be considered skills. But we could also put them under Qualifications. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Qualifications" section, as they are both qualification-related. But we have a separate "Skills" heading allowed; we could include it if we have enough content. Let's see if we have enough for Skills: we have Tableau, SQL, Python, communication, teamwork, leadership, curiosity, etc. That's enough for a list. We also have Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 plus note about guidelines. That's substantive. Schedule: "Schedule: M-F; 8-5". That's specific. Work Location: "Onsite, MDIOC Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs". Travel: "Some travel may be required". Relocation Assistance Available: No. Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract: No. These could be considered under "Schedule" maybe not; but we have no heading for Work Location. The allowed headings do not include Work Location. So we might need to incorporate location info into a paragraph under About the role or maybe under a generic paragraph. Since we cannot create a heading for Work Location, we should embed that info in a paragraph (maybe under About the role or Responsibilities). The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So location is minor metadata? It's not job ID but could be considered metadata. We could fold it into a short
under About the role or maybe under a separate paragraph not as a heading. Since we cannot create a heading for it, we should include it in a paragraph. Similarly travel, relocation assistance, position contingent upon award of contract could be folded into a paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "Applying To Torch Technologies" section. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the salary range, benefits list, schedule, location, travel, relocation assistance, position contingent. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact benefit list: "ESOP participation, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, Health Saving Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts, EAP, education assistance, paid time off, and holidays." We must keep the qualifications list exactly as given (but we can format as
- ). Must not omit any.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading.
We must not include navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, etc.
Now produce HTML fragment.
