Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based

Responsibilities
- Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
- Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
- Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
- Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input
Requirements

Qualifications
Candidates should have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field, BCBA certification, and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
