About the role
As a Counter – Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Training Integrator, you will collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community to integrate emergent C-UAS capabilities into Army formations. You will assist with the planning and operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) in support of individual and collective training to counter emergent threats.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and operation of UASs in support of individual and collective training
- Develop training scenarios and UAS threat injects
- Aid in the planning of these within the framework of Army Flight regulations
- Navigate Aviation requirements and unit training plans while coordinating with internal and external training stakeholders
- Operate sUAS and assist with programming sUAS systems and subcomponents to support C-sUAS training exercises and operations
Requirements
- Experience with working with the U.S. military as an NCO, Officer, or Warrant Officer
- Experience with C-UAS, UAS, or Electromagnetic Warfare
- Secret clearance
- High school diploma or GED
Qualifications
- Experience with training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods
- Experience with training integration within organizations at the Brigade level and above
- Experience as an Army sUAS Master Trainer
- Bachelor's degree
Skills
- Expertise in C-UAS, UAS, or Electromagnetic Warfare
- Ability to navigate Aviation requirements and unit training plans
- Proficiency in sUAS operation and system programming
- Strong organizational and coordination skills

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
