C-UAS Training Integrator
About the role
As a Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Training Integrator, you will leverage your expertise in training integration to collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community. Your role involves integrating emergent C-UAS capabilities into Army formations, supporting the planning and operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) in training, and developing training scenarios and UAS threat injects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver approved training material in classroom and field environments
- Work with the U.S. military as an NCO or Officer
- Manage C-UAS, UAS, and Electromagnetic Warfare
- Navigate aviation requirements and unit training plans
- Coordinate with internal and external training stakeholders
- Develop training scenarios and UAS threat injects
- Aid in the planning of these within the framework of Army flight regulations
- Support the protection of United States servicemembers, their families, and partners and allies
Requirements
- Experience delivering approved training material in classroom and field environments
- Experience working with the U.S. military as an NCO or Officer
- Experience with C-UAS, UAS, or Electromagnetic Warfare
- Experience with U.S. military airspace coordination and aviation safety and standards procedures
- Experience with Special Operations Forces
- Secret clearance
- High school diploma or GED
Qualifications
- Experience with training development for individual and collective training tasks
- Experience with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS
- Basic Electrical engineering, maintenance, or repair experience
- Completion of the sUAS Master Trainer course
- Experience with training integration of conventional and special operations organizations at the Battalion level or above
- Bachelor's degree
Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of aviation and military regulations
- Experience with training and simulation software

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Employees are expected to work up to 50% of the time, and may be required to work from a Booz Allen facility or customer facility as needed.
