C-Team Assistant Coach

About the role

The C-Team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced assistant coach to support the boys basketball program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching and a proven track record in developing young athletes.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in planning and implementing game strategies
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and performance
• Attend all home and away games
• Participate in team meetings and other coaching staff discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience working with youth basketball players
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for basketball and a commitment to player development
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
