C/S Warranty Representative

About the role

The CSR-Warranty Service Department provides a critical role in customer interface and is part of a team responsible for providing a variety of services, solutions, support, and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long-term business relationships for the Warranty Services Department of NT Window.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or warranty services fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

Starting @ $19.00 per Hour
