Thomas Rest Haven is a city-owned, not-for-profit facility celebrating 50 years of serving the residents of Coon Rapids, IA. This 57-bed skilled nursing care facility offers short- or long-term care, respite care, and holds a Veteran’s care contract. The campus also includes a 12-unit assisted-living wing, inpatient and outpatient therapy services, and an on-site physician’s office.

About the role

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to join our team. Training and funding will be provided if you are not yet certified.
