About the role
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This position offers a flexible schedule including days or nights, block scheduling, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications as directed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Tennessee CNA certification
- Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing score on the CNA competency exam
