Responsibilities
- Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
- Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
- Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance.
- Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following:
- In roll-to-roll converting industry
- Solvent based coating deposition and working in a hazardous rated environment
- Experience manufacturing Paint Protection Films & Window Films
Qualifications
- You understand and follow all safety procedures
- You are willing to work 12 hour rotating shift schedules
- Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e-mail and data entry
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility
