Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for the team.
- Participate in design meetings, create initial design concepts, and support the development of design sketches and models using established engineering tools and techniques.
- Participate in iterative engineering design cycles, refine prototypes, and coordinate with teams to implement feedback effectively.
- Develop and refine solution specifications and perform validation activities, including simulations, to ensure that engineering solutions meet design specifications and criteria.
- Build and refine prototypes, incorporating testing results and feedback received from cross-functional teams to enhance functionality.
- Undertake technical integration efforts, ensure system functionality, identify and resolve interoperability issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and assist in organizing knowledge-sharing sessions among team members.
Requirements
- Experience in Embedded/Linux app development using C#.
- Experience in Application Design and Architecture.
- Experience integrating embedded applications with Cloud systems.
- Experience in leading cross-functional team discussions to drive software design.
- Experience in FW and hardware integration.
- Good experience in FW integration and E2E system testing.
- Knowledge of C/C++ for FW integration is a plus.
- Hands-on with embedded Linux (Yocto) including system integration.
- Experience in debugging complex systems involving firmware + Linux applications, including fault handling and diagnostics.
- Exposure to medical standards (e.g., IEC 62304) preferred.
- Experience in Medical domain projects.
- Experience leading a team and onsite-offshore coordination.
- Ability to understand complex code from existing systems to drive design for new systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
