About the role
Support the development of systems, sites, and tools for our clients. Write, test, and edit code in support of the team's overall results. Develop and reverse engineer software that supports hardware functionality on a wide range of devices, and configure solutions based on the platform being used. Partner with team leadership to troubleshoot and correct operational issues, and with cybersecurity specialists to ensure the software is secure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software using C and other relevant technologies
- Configure and administer virtual environments such as VMWare, ESXi, or Open Stack
- Write, test, and debug code in Linux development environments
- Reverse engineer and debug software using tools like IDAPro, OllyDbg, or gdb
- Develop and configure software for embedded platforms such as Unix, Android, and VxWorks
- Perform vulnerability analysis and exploit development
- Develop and configure software for Open vSwitch or QEMU
- Develop and configure software for memory-safe low-level programming using languages like Rust
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions
- Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists to ensure software is secure
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with software development using C
- Experience with configuration, administration, and development with Virtual Environments such as VMWare, ESXi, or Open Stack
- Experience with Linux Development
- Experience with software reverse engineering or debugging tools such as IDAPro, OllyDbg, or gdb
- Experience with assembly languages development or reversing
- Knowledge of low-level systems programming concepts
Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Skills
- Experience with development on embedded platforms such as Unix, Android, and VxWorks
- Experience with Open vSwitch, or QEMU
- Experience with vulnerability analysis and exploit development
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Assembly
- Knowledge of telecommunications

- The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
