About the role

RSJ Custody is part of the RSJ Group, a leading global trader in financial markets for over 15 years. As a licensed and regulated financial institution, we operate like a technology-driven company, developing key systems in-house to meet our specific needs. You’ll work on internal applications without client projects, unnecessary meetings, or corporate bureaucracy, with significant autonomy in technical decisions and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an internal information system supporting back-office operations, including trade settlement, reconciliation, and client asset management with reporting.
• Build custom modules to streamline workflows and provide competitive advantages, covering areas from derivative trading to HR.
• Design both front-end and back-end architecture, favoring lightweight and efficient solutions.
• Implement a legislative reporting system handling over 100,000 trades daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work with large data volumes, interface implementation, and precise data logic.
• Develop BI reporting solutions for the trading department, ranging from simple reports to complex data preparations for overnight processing.
• Collaborate across RSJ Group teams on diverse projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# or a strong desire to improve your skills in it.
• Commitment to quality work; willingness to learn new technologies with team support or training.
• Experience with C# development for .NET on Windows, basic project analysis, MS SQL database design, and data processing.
• Familiarity with WPF, Entity Framework Core, or ASP.NET (preferred).
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Alignment with our work—whether you prefer end-to-end application logic, technology, architecture, or system improvements, there’s room for both.
• Independence and responsibility in task execution, with ongoing collaboration and feedback.
