Buyers Agent

Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative activities as required
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate records of activities and client information using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

• Self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge
• Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and providing tailored solutions
• Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
• Naturally adept at handling objections
• Effective communicator dedicated to exceptional service
• Collaborative team member
• Must hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one (we offer free assistance to get licensed)
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn
• Highly organized
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
• Previous industry experience is a plus

Pay

$50,000 - $80,000 USD yearly

This is a commission-based position.
