Responsibilities

  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
  • Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License (Strictly Required)
  • A fierce dedication to representing sellers and buyers with the highest level of professionalism and local market expertise
  • Proficiency in preparing residential purchase and listing agreements
  • The ability to conduct thorough property assessments to determine accurate valuations
  • A high sense of urgency and responsiveness speed to lead is critical to your success!
  • Diligence in maintaining and updating all CRM tools with channel partner information
