Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders
• Track supplier performance and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams
• Help mitigate supply chain risks and shortages
• Support inventory optimization initiatives
• Maintain procurement compliance and purchasing processes
• Build strong supplier partnerships that drive business success

Requirements

• Experience or education related to Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Manufacturing
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with suppliers, purchasing processes, or inventory is a plus
• Detail-oriented and compliance-focused
• Analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
