Responsibilities
- Shadowing/Training - Train, role-play, and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent.
- Lead Generation - Execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly, enhancing your lead generation skills.
- Open Houses - Hold open houses that attract buyers and sellers to current listings with a warm and inviting personality.
- Communication - Build relationships and convert conversations into valuable appointments using proven relationship-building skills.
- Teamwork - Participate in team activities fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
- Coaching/Training - Engage in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls to support your growth.
- Consultation - Guide buyers through the home-buying process with expert care and confidence using proven systems and technology.
- Home Selection - Identify homes that meet clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements.
- Negotiation - Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients' goals.
- Done For You - Leverage support from our team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction.
- Technology - Utilize cutting-edge PLACE Technology to streamline client support and ensure consistent goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a heart for the military community.
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
- Strong in prospecting and lead generation, overcoming objections naturally.
- Strong communicator and committed to service.
- Current Texas Real Estate License.
- Positive, happy attitude.
- Able to spend a large amount of time driving in their car.
- Able to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
- Learner-based.
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
- High school graduate.

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with compensation ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 USD annually.
