Sales Agent

Job Summary

This is an entry-level opportunity designed to develop into a Sales Agent role. As a Sales Agent Trainee, you will complete a structured training program focused on sales, products, and licensing. Upon successful completion, you will be promoted to a Sales Agent. This position is based in a Branch Office, where all sales activities, client appointments, and inspections are conducted on-site. You will assist members by providing information on AAA services and insurance products while building a strong sales foundation.

What You’ll Do

• Generate business through prospecting, networking, and lead development
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain client retention and grow your book of business
• Stay motivated and committed to developing a profitable sales career

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (a P&C license is required prior to start; AAA provides study materials; 3–4 weeks to complete)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• A high school diploma required; a college degree preferred
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
