Responsibilities

  • Access to proven PLACE lead generation systems designed to help you build a real business, not just hope for referrals.
  • Opportunities to host open houses that create face-to-face conversations, build confidence, and generate real buyer relationships.
  • A clear path to turn daily effort into appointments, signed clients, and closings.
  • Weekly script practice so you are never winging the most important conversations in your business.
  • A team environment with people who are working hard, sharing what works, and holding each other to a higher standard.
  • Weekly 1:1 coaching, team training, and access to Partner Call so you are consistently learning from people who are already doing what you want to do.
  • Hands-on support learning how to consult with buyers, earn signed buyer agreements, and help clients find the right home with confidence.
  • Access to a master negotiator who will help you write stronger offers, negotiate on behalf of your clients, and protect deals through the finish line.
  • PLACE Technology to help you track your activities, follow up with clients, and build a business with discipline instead of chaos.

Qualifications

  • An intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
