Position’s Contributions to Work Group: Procurement Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier performance metrics including delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost.
• Monitor and manage procurement-related KPIs and reporting.
• Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Maintain procurement systems, supplier records, and purchasing data accuracy.
• Participate in supplier reviews, business updates, and project meetings.
• Drive issue resolution related to supplier delivery, inventory shortages, or process gaps.

Requirements

• Years of experience: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, operations, business analytics, or a related field;
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related discipline.

Skills

• Top 3 Skills: ERP Systems Knowledge (SAP Preferred), Data Analysis & Reporting, Supplier Management / Problem Solving.
• Additional Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis), ERP systems experience (SAP preferred), Procurement and sourcing process knowledge, Data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI or similar), KPI development and performance tracking, Strategic sourcing experience, Contract and supplier management experience, Cost modeling and spend analytics, Supply chain planning knowledge, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma exposure.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, Effective verbal and written communication, Attention to detail, Time management and organization, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, Collaborative teamwork mindset, Influencing and negotiation skills, Presentation and storytelling with data, Change management adaptability, Continuous learning mindset.

Pay

Payrate: $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $26.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
