Buyer III - Procurement & Supply Chain Operations

Contract position based in Bellevue, WA. Anticipated close date: August 21, 2026.

Team Overview

Procurement team supporting project purchasing and supply chain activities. Focused on project buying and supplier management. Collaborative culture with strong engagement and development opportunities. Works closely with buyers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities.
• Process tickets and requests through Jira.
• Convert requests into purchase orders using Coupa.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-5 years of procurement/buyer experience.
• Strong supply chain knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing procurement workflows and supplier communications.
• Experience using Jira for ticket management.
• Experience using Coupa for purchase order processing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves

• Aerospace industry experience preferred but not required.
• Coupa system experience is highly valued.
• Demonstrated customer obsession and strong delivery-focused mindset.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.

Pay

$35.00 - $39.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

On-site, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Duration

9-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.
