Key Responsibilities

• Lead suppliers and teammates to support external development of spaceflight systems.
• Prioritize and execute program requirements to meet business needs.
• Prepare and issue RFx, perform price analyses, and develop negotiation strategies.
• Construct and manage major procurement contracts, including long-range agreements and sourcing partnerships.
• Own procurement lifecycle from requisition to final invoice payment, resolving issues promptly.
• Identify, negotiate, execute, and manage strategic agreements such as LTAs.
• Support procurement organization’s strategic direction and achieve corporate objectives.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of production materials that meet technical performance.
• Negotiate and manage multiple contract types, including FFP, T&M, CPFF, and CPIF.
• Analyze data, establish and track program metrics, and maintain strong analytical skills.
• Communicate effectively, lead people, and maintain top-notch interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of supply chain experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in procurement and supplier management.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage multiple contract types, including FFP, T&M, CPFF, and CPIF.
• Track record of meeting tight deadlines, multitasking, and prioritizing workload.
• Strong analytical skills with experience establishing and tracking program metrics.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Working understanding of AS9100 standards.
• Knowledge of engineering data such as specifications and source control drawings.
