Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs personnel engaged in purchasing materials, supplies, and services.
• Evaluates quotations to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.
• Recruits and maintains suppliers that provide high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
• Prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices.
• Dispatches and prints pack lists for outside services.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Business administration background.
• Purchasing experience in manufacturing.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong communication abilities.

Skills

• Proficiency with computer systems.
