Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with the current partner to expand the practice’s scope and services
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with referring dentists and specialists

Requirements

• At least 10 years of clinical experience in oral surgery
• Board certification or eligibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
