Responsibilities
- Support co‑workers and patrons to maintain a clean, friendly, and fun taproom atmosphere.
- Set and clear tables, welcome guests, run food, replenish supplies, and perform cleaning duties.
- Promote RBC’s brands and provide an unparalleled guest experience.
- Adapt to volume fluctuations and follow cleanliness protocols.
Requirements
- Customer‑service focus with a hospitable attitude.
- Friendly, personable, energetic demeanor and a genuine smile.

- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to follow directions and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/transport full kegs (with or without assistance).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Pay
$10.70 per hour plus tips.
Schedule
Part‑time position requiring evening and weekend availability.
