About the role
You will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the In-Room Dining (IRD) area, including all tables and trays. You will restock the IRD area and side stations with tableware, flatware, utensils, condiments, and linen, ensuring adequate supplies are always available when the venue is open.
Responsibilities
- Complete opening and closing side duties, including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors.
- Stock ice and paper supplies.
- Monitor cleanliness of guest floor corridors and clear floors of all tables and trays, always prioritizing guest safety.
- Retrieve tables and trays from guest floor corridors.
- Break down all dirty trays and carts, organizing items by trash, china, glass, and silverware.
- Maintain par stocks of food (condiments, etc.), china, glassware, and silverware in the back of house (BOH) daily.
- Restock refrigerators and freezers in the work area daily.
- Complete the weekly clean schedule of IRD equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues.
- Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying managers of concerns.
- Reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values through actions and behaviors.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers or the Ethics Hotline of any illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum six (6) months of related experience preferred.
- Able to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay
$22.55 an hour.
