Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude at all times.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, condiments, and other items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Restock silverware, ice, alcohol, glassware, napkins, and other service items throughout the shift.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them safely to the dish area.
• Support food runners and servers during peak business periods.
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures.
• Auxiliary in cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and organizing supplies.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all guest interactions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state gaming license (if required by property).
