About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick service restaurant. You will provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to our guests, ensuring every traveler leaves better than they arrived. This role offers a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Provide great-tasting, quality food and maintain a clean restaurant environment for all guests.
- Prepare empty tables for new guests by removing dirty dishes, sanitizing tables, cleaning seats, and sweeping or vacuuming the surrounding floor as needed.
- Follow proper safety procedures and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees or guests.
- Practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co-workers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Pay
Pay range: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties, relevant experience, and skills.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequently stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend over, crouch, crawl, and climb.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and/or move heavy objects.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
- Exposure to outdoor elements in all seasons.
