As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick service restaurant as you are responsible for providing friendly, accurate and efficient service to our guests so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!
In this role, you can expect to work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Provide great tasting / quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests
- Ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests; remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and if necessary, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floor
- Follow proper safety procedures and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests
- Practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co-workers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements

Pay
$10.50 - $10.50 per hour
A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally
- Occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs and/or move heavy objects
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
