About the role

Bussers at Hard Rock Cafe are integral to maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. They play a crucial role in ensuring the restaurant is ready for guests by clearing dirty tables, resetting tables, sweeping the floor, emptying trash cans, stocking ice/products, maintaining a clean and organized back dock area, pre-bussing tables, and having a sense of urgency.

• Clearing dirty tables.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre-mixes.

Requirements

To succeed as a busser at Hard Rock Cafe, you should have:

• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment.
