Busser - Host - Hostess - Runner

About the role

We’re searching for someone who is enthusiastic, takes direction well, and communicates easily with customers and team members. The server assistant works closely with our main servers to make sure customers get their food on time, and their beverage glasses stay filled. You’ll be responsible for clearing plates and cleaning the table when customers leave, and then resetting it with tableware for the next guests.

Responsibilities

• Clears plates and cleans tables after customers leave
• Restocks condiments and other food items to keep kitchen and server stations fully stocked
• Answers customer questions about the menu
• Alerts servers when customers need them

Requirements

• A sense of urgency and organization
• Familiarity with food safety rules
• Food service experience
