Busser/Food Runner

About the Role

The Service Support role at Topgolf is one of the most versatile on the floor. You’ll prepare non-alcoholic beverages, deliver food and drinks to guests, bus bays, and keep the venue looking polished — all while engaging with guests and supporting your Bay Host teammates. This role requires speed, flexibility, and a guest-first mindset on every shift. A flexible schedule is needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

Responsibilities

• Support the Floor:
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly, ensuring hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.
  • Prepare non-alcoholic beverages according to Topgolf’s brand recipe standards.
  • Greet every guest in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Rotate between beverage station and floor support as needed.
• Keep the Venue Polished:
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize bays and tables promptly.
  • Bus dishes, utensils, and food service vessels.
  • Keep beverage stations, common areas, and service areas clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
  • Arrange table settings to ensure the venue looks its best.
• Be a Reliable Team Member:
  • Support Bay Hosts and the floor team to keep service running smoothly.
  • Observe responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Ensure guest safety and flag concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service, hospitality, or food and beverage environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 16 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently.
• Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and multi-level areas while transporting items.
• Ability to work in varying temperature and weather environments.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a high-energy, high-volume environment.
