Essential Duties

• Completing all established set-up, stocking, and closing duties on time.
• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to procedures and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, talking, and hearing.
• Bending, stooping, carrying, handling, and moving weights of up to 75 pounds.
• Constant exposure to general public and excessive noise.
• General fast-paced, guest-smoking environment.
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
